2. Data Security and Privacy

Security is our technical priority. Regho applies the following protection measures:

  • High-level encryption: All sensitive data, time records and geolocation data (if that feature is enabled) are stored in encrypted form, making them unreadable to third parties.
  • Privacy by Design: Access to information is strictly limited to authorised technical staff of our company for support purposes.
  • No-Disclosure Commitment: Under no circumstances will we share, sell or transfer user data to third parties, except by court order.

3. Data Retention

In compliance with Article 34.9 of the Workers' Statute, records will be retained for a period of four (4) years, remaining available to companies, their representatives and the Labour Inspectorate. After this period, data will be blocked or deleted.

5. Intellectual Property

The Regho software, its source code, design, logos and structure are the exclusive property of Projectes informàtica i noves tecnologies S.L. Reproduction, reverse engineering or distribution without express authorisation is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer and Availability

  • Operation: Although we guarantee a high standard of availability, we are not responsible for temporary interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure beyond our control.
  • Labour Disputes: Regho is a technological support tool. Our company does not intervene in or take responsibility for conflicts or sanctions arising from the employment relationship between the client company and its employees.

7. User Obligations

The user undertakes to:

  1. Diligently safeguard their access credentials.
  2. Enter accurate data in the time record.
  3. Not use the platform for unlawful purposes or in ways that compromise system security.

8. Acceptance and Modifications

Registering and using Regho implies full acceptance of these conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms to adapt to legislative changes, informing users of significant modifications.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Girona, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
